A little deviation from our usual Thursday Evening Meetings
As we will Meet on a Friday (Thursday being Valentine's Day)

Mike Laster, City of Houston Council Member District J, had been
Scheduled to attend, but now Amanda Edwards,
Council Member at large will be attending this meeting.
Mike Laster will attend The First Quarterly Meeting in April.
Thanks for trying Mike, we look forward to seeing you in April.

This is going to be a very important meeting.  Over the past twelve months the association
has accomplished so much, but there is still a lot to do, and your opinions and directions will help.

On a couple of occasions, the meeting was interrupted to such an extent that we only
managed to complete a portion of the association's business.  We believe the Board of Directors
has revised the meeting program to insure a more organized meeting,
and your attendance will help us do exactly that.
